Amorphous alloy core materials are very sensitive to mechanical stress, both tensile and bending stresses will affect their magnetic properties. Therefore, in the transformer body structure should be considered to minimize the force of the iron core.

The degree of domain expansion of amorphous alloy is about 10% higher than that of silicon steel sheet, and it is not suitable for excessive clamping, so the noise of amorphous alloy transformer is higher than that of silicon steel sheet iron core transformer. In view of the characteristics of amorphous alloy core, our company takes the following measures when producing amorphous alloy core transformers:

1, due to the low saturation magnetic density of amorphous alloy materials, in the product design, the rated magnetic flux density should not be selected too high, usually choose 1.3~1.35T magnetic flux density can obtain a better no-load loss value.

2, in order to enable users to obtain the benefits of maintenance-free or less maintenance, the amorphous alloy distribution transformer products are designed to complete the sealed structure.

3, from the electrical performance. In order to reduce the shear amount of the core sheet, the core of the entire product is composed of four separate core frames, and each phase winding is set on two independent frames of the magnetic circuit. In addition to fundamental magnetic flux, there are three harmonic magnetic flux in each frame, and in two coil core frames in a winding, the third harmonic magnetic flux is just opposite in phase and equal in value, so the sum of the third wave magnetic flux in each set of winding is zero. If the first side is a D connection, there is a third harmonic current loop, when the induced second side voltage waveform, there will be no third harmonic voltage component. Therefore, the amorphous alloy core transformer connection group is :Dyn11.

4, make the amorphous alloy core, pull screw, clamp, foot become a solid whole, but also make the iron chip in a state of no force, so that the vibration caused by the core due to hysteresis minimizes, greatly reducing the noise.

5, between the upper bending plate and the iron core, between the foot and the iron core and the bottom of the box are placed oil-resistant rubber plates to achieve the purpose of vibration reduction and noise reduction.
